Reporting to the Financial Controller, Asia, role will be responsible managing the Accounting function of the firm’s Singapore office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibility will be to ensure that the finances of the Singapore business are compliant with local standards, and in accordance with local Singapore regulations, as well as complying with requirements of the firm. The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure that Accounting work/transactions are properly controlled and reported accurately in accordance to strict reporting deadlines and compliant with company’s policies.
  • Undertake weekly cash flow and monthly reconciliations, prepare month end and complete annual financial statements for audit review
  • Implement the accounting procedure in line with company and statutory rules and policies, organize monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and prepare report package both for internal and external use.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, Asia, the role will be responsible managing the Accounting function of the firm’s HCMC office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibility will be to ensure that the finances of the HCMC business are compliant with local standards, and in accordance with local Vietnamese regulations, as well as complying with requirements of the firm. The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure that Accounting work/transactions are properly controlled and reported accurately in accordance to strict reporting deadlines and compliant with company’s policies.
  • Undertake weekly cash flow and monthly reconciliations, prepare month end and complete annual financial statements for audit review
  • Implement the accounting procedure in line with company and statutory rules and policies, organize monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and prepare report package both for internal and external use.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports or provide other support as assigned by Financial Controller.
  • Assist Controller to review and update project budget with project leaders on a monthly basis and prepare project reports
  • Revenue recognition and analysis on percentage of completion basis
  • Consolidate monthly financial statements and analyze the variances
  • Follow up the fee forecast for both existing and new potential projects
  • AR & WIP aging analysis
  • Monthly Utilization analysis
  • Budget and forecast support
  • Other financial analysis and reports as requested
  • Review AR & AP aging report and other accounts balance, coordinating monthly payment cycle, handle yearly audit work, tax declaration
  • In charge of tax certificate and other relevant Government documents.
