Job Summary:
The Interiors Studio Leader will manage the B+H Interiors group in the Toronto office of B+H. The incumbent will lead the Toronto team of about 20 from end to end – and will be responsible for winning new work, delivering projects and the day to day management of the team.
Ideally, our new Studio Leader would have experience in managing projects in both Revit and CAD in any of the sectors of: Healthcare, Corporate/Workplace, and Retail/Hospitality. Reporting to the President, B+H Asia, the Head of Interior Design, Asia will be responsible for Design management of the firm’s offices in Asia including: China, Singapore and Vietnam, and further offices in Asia, as required. The position is based in Shanghai but some travel to other offices in Asia will be required. Your role will be to oversee and manage the Interior Design department in our Shanghai office as well as directly contributing to the growth of the Interior Design discipline throughout our Asia offices. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Interior Department is run effectively and properly in the Shanghai office, and in due course you will be responsible for growing the division in Asia.

• Working closely with the Design team to formulate preliminary space plans and produce two- and three-dimensional design concepts that are functional, within budget and aesthetically pleasing
