The Sierra Wireless headquarters building features multiple open, exposed-structure ceiling areas, indirect lighting, advanced glazing and wall systems, and energy efficient heating and cooling. Glazed workstations create a bright, airy feeling through the office areas. Amenities include an inviting cafeteria, a fitness area, showers and comfortable lounges. This project is CBIP rated, and designed with sustainability in mind.

In addition to all of its appealing amenities, the building also features a flexible grid for optimal tenant fit-out layouts for future growth and expansion. The project was so successful, the user group asked for a duplication of all of the design features in a second building. This project was completed by Bunting Coady Architects who merged with B+H in December 2010.
