Located just off Yonge Street in Toronto, this Hi-rise / Townhouse development is notable for the unique use of the Clubhouse roof. This second level landscaped terrace is edged by a pristine pool with a cluster of water spouts. The year-round water effect becomes an ice-sculpture during winter, increasing the visual presence of water in the landscape. The townhouse component is notable for its eyes-on-the-street ambiance with direct sidewalk access. The landscape was designed by JBM Design Collaborative, whose operations were acquired by B+H in 2007.
