Located in the Yaletown district along False Creek, this 270-unit multi-tower residential complex includes a multi-storey undergound parkade and spa. The project involved a number of challenges including a deep excavation in the proximity of the ocean with resultant hydrostatic loads, logistics of building an underground link across city property to a neighbouring building, providing value engineering to achieve an aggressive price point and resolving the building envelope design with extensive exterior concrete. This project was completed by Reno C. Negrin Architects, whose operations were acquired by B+H in December 2010. RCNA was the Architect of Record and Peter Busby was the Concept/Design Architect.
