This modern lakefront residence features window wall glazing combined with a composite wood and steel structure to create large open spaces with extensive views over a lake. The project also included relocating and restoring an existing heritage house on the existing property to a new location on the subdivided lot. The new residence pays homage to the heritage house’s art deco past in its detailing. This project was completed by Reno C. Negrin Architects, whose operations were acquired by B+H in December 2010.
